I fully understand that it was near closing, we were just disappointed.
Everything was unorganized, the place was filthy, and trash was full. The order taker that we had didnt have a name tag on, she didnt know the difference between a half pound burger and the half pound flame thrower. She said "I'm a vegetarian and don't really care what's on our burgers". Regardless of her eating style she should know the menu!! I saw 8 employees asked 5 for a fork and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. This DQ needs some customer service training and a clearly defined Manager. One last thing the girls were walking around looking for numbers that were clearly not proper orders, with sundaes in their hands dropping them off with their friends. This place needs more training!!
Arrives 20 minutes before closing. Ordered 3 things. 1 blizzard barely had any cookie dough pieces in it. 1 strawberry Julius was brought out a small instead of large. Tasted awful, watered down. Remade the right size and it was very tart. Other blizzard was excellent! Outside was not lit well, tables inside were not clean.
the speaker staff need to listen. I have never worked in that type of restaurant setting but I feel like they are distracted, but I am sure some car engines can be annoying to the worker's ears. I speak loud because I am hearing impaired yet, I have trouble hearing them. then I look at the screen and get sort of annoyed. sometimes it is a no win situation for some of us. I lip read. I sometimes misunderstand them and have to look at my wife to figure out what was said.
Oh my gosh!! The ice cream treats are a plenty and the service is outstanding!! Try thier chicken strips!! I highly recommend a tasty blizzard!
